My Values
What I’m most proud of and grateful for, above any business or financial success, is the freedom to be able to live through my core values: my faith and my family.
Having the time and flexibility to be a full time husband to my beautiful wife Kirsty, and a present engaged Dad to my four amazing kids is a gift.
A values driven life is making decisions filtered through values and principles to live a life on purpose and create a legacy that really matters in the long run.
I believe you too were meant to live a purpose driven life and a life fulfilled, whatever that means for you.
I’m not interested in doing what everyone else is doing, struggling to make ends meet, lacking ambition and direction in life. Instead I want to live on the edge of the seat purposely and I want to be around people with the courage and tenacity to take action towards big scary goals which to most people, seem impossible.
Impossible is nothing. Life is a gift. Let’s use it to achieve greatness.
My Bio
I am an entrepreneur, Chartered Accountant, ex Corporate CFO who got sick of trading my most precious resource, my time, to build someone else’s dream. By learning from those who had the success I wanted I created a lifestyle of choice and now I teach others to do the same.
I coach individuals, couples, and families to live with direction and purpose through their personal values, while building business income so they too can have financial flexibility and the freedom they deserve.
You don’t need to be successful to get started. You don’t have to get ‘lucky’ or be on the hunt for some ‘get rich scheme’ because they just don’t exist. Everything worth achieving takes time and effort, but most importantly you need the right systems and the right mentors to help guide your steps.

My Story
I grew up in a small country down in NZ on a farm with amazing experiences hunting & fishing, playing rugby, and spending time with family. As I grew up and explored what I wanted to do with my life I ended up choosing the corporate route of Accountancy, working for a Big 4 Accounting Firm as a Chartered Accountant before moving into a corporate role then into a CFO position for a commercial construction company in NZ.
My Dad and my Grandfather taught be about the world of business, always challenging my learning and giving me opportunities to grow and foster my talent and passion for sport.
After working for a few years working long hours in the office away from my wife and kids, I was desperate for change and I knew there was more to life than working a job building someone else’s dream. I started trading foreign currency and equities, exploring real estate, and looking for any opportunity to take control of my life and get my time back. It was then in my late 20s when I met the right people who had the results I wanted and were willing to support me and mentor me to create a legacy of my own.
Through effective mentorship and a lot of hard work outside my day job my wife and I built a multiple 6-figure business cashflow through our sales & marketing business and extended this into a world class leadership coaching program which has helped hundreds of others develop extra income, improve their financial and leadership skills, and understand their values in order to live a purpose driven life.
I now live in New Zealand with my gorgeous wife Kirsty Rowe and my four beautiful children striving to be the best husband and father God created me to be.

My MISSION is to inspire a generation to build a legacy of their own.
An old proverb says that ‘Wise people build businesses to develop families, to impact their communities, to leave a legacy that endures.’
Business is an effective tool to develop individuals, couples, and families to design a lifestyle of choice. Through effective mentorship I believe people can tackle any life challenge and thrive through every season of life. Living with intention and taking action deliberately by understanding one’s values can provide a foundation for extraordinary growth in all areas of life. To be free to build wealth so that we can gain access to quality time with those who matter most is a rewarding journey and a life with fighting for.
The key to success is not ‘WHAT’ you know, but ‘WHO’ you are learning from and we believe that happinesses is driven my the tribe you do life with. Being part of an entrepreneurial community can be the difference between you living an average life and the one you were always meant to live.
